Executor document delivery and signage is a flat fee service where we have located a person who would be the one required to act as executor in an intestacy or where a will is attached.
This involves a senior partner visiting the executor, with documents prepared by you for signing. The partner will examine and verify their identity, get necessary documents signed there and then and then deliver them direct to your office.
This way there is very little delay in you obtaining the signed documents to begin the process, which is sometimes a lengthy delay at the start of each case. This fee is to cover transport and any overnight accommodation and is for the UK mainland only. The service is not available to Northern Ireland, and Scottish off shore islands, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, Sark and Herne. This service will ensure your prepared documents are with a partner of this firm from collection from your office to delivery back to your offices and we anticipate a 5-day turnaround of each case.
